169 J. Small Range Road, Delhi, NY 13753 (GPS/Mapping Address: 42032 State Highway 10, Delhi, NY 13753)
Directions: Located directly off NYS Route 10 (just south of the Village line), immediately adjacent to the Delhi Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Class is limited to 8.

The registration fee is $50.00 for qualification with two fi****ms. If you wish to qualify with additional fi****ms, the fee is $50.00 for each set of two additional guns (i.e., guns #3 and #4).
We will need a copy of your retirement ID and a photo from shoulder up for your card.

Bring 50 rounds of ammunition for each firearm you plan to qualify with.

The Delhi Police Department Training Division is now accepting registrations for our upcoming New York State 18-Hour Pistol Permit Class! This is the mandatory course required for those seeking a full-carry permit in Delaware County. (Accepted in Chenango, Otsego, Schoharie, Sullivan, Dutchess, Tompkins Counties and New York City (NYC) residents.

Sunday, August 30th & Monday, August 31st, 2026
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Both days required)

💰 COST & REGISTRATION:
Total Fee: $250.00
Deposit: A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required at registration via GovPayNow (PLC 4640).
Balance: $150.00 (Cash/Check) due on the first day of class.
Limited to the first 12 students with a paid deposit and form.
