IT Engineer- Directive Technology- Oneonta
Directive is looking for a motivated IT engineer to join our service team. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working alongside a team, and keeping people productive, we want to hear from you.
Our IT team keeps our clients' users connected. You will identify, document, and troubleshoot user computing issues through to resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Skills Required:
Working knowledge of computer hardware
Knowledge of Microsoft software: Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft 365. Windows Server and Active Directory experience is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with users and vendors
A passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving, and exceptional customer service
Well spoken, outgoing, organized, detail oriented, dependable, and flexible
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Reliable transportation
Salary Range: $41,600 - $62,400
