While working patrol, one of our Carroll County deputies took a few moments to connect with local children and families. It’s a simple moment, but it reminds us that law enforcement is about more than answering calls and enforcing laws. It’s about building trust, showing compassion, and being a positive role model in our communities.

Many of our deputies, dispatchers, firefighters, EMS personnel, and first responders will spend part of Father’s Day away from their own families so they can serve yours. We are grateful for their dedication and sacrifice.

To all the fathers serving Carroll County—thank you for your commitment both at home and in the community.

🚨 State Disaster Relief Fund Now Available for Eligible Hoosiers 🚨

If your primary residence was damaged by recent severe weather and you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify for assistance through Indiana’s State Disaster Relief Fund (SDRF).

✅ Assistance available for eligible homeowners
✅ Applications are now open
✅ Up to $25,000 may be available for qualifying damages

Please note:
• Assistance is for primary residences only
• Funding cannot be used to pay insurance deductibles
• Insurance remains the primary source of recovery assistance

Disaster Relief Now Available for Many Hoosiers

Governor Mike Braun has declared a disaster emergency for 63 Indiana counties impacted by severe weather, flooding, tornadoes and the June derecho.

If your primary residence was damaged and you are uninsured or underinsured, you may be eligible for up to $25,000 through Indiana's State Disaster Relief Fund to help with recovery.

-Assistance is available for eligible homeowners
-Applications are now open
-Additional counties may qualify as damage assessments continue

The State Disaster Relief Fund applies only to individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. State funding cannot replace insurance coverage, which is the primary and best source of protection from storm damage. The fund only addresses the costs of repairing, replacing or restoring property that is the primary residence of the applicant, and cannot be used to help pay insurance deductibles.
