🚨 Are you a member who uses Xfinity/Comcast as your email provider? 🚨

Please note that you may be receiving our emails on a delay. TCSC uses Mailchimp. Did you know that Mailchimp emails can arrive hours later in Comcast/Xfinity inboxes due to strict spam filtering and rate-limiting (throttling)?

Comcast/Xfinity often delays incoming bulk emails to analyze them, temporarily holding them in a queue before letting them through to the user.

To troubleshoot and fix this issue, consider this actionable step:

* Safe-List our Email Address:

1. Log into Xfinity Email.
2. Open an email from Tenby Chase Swim Club.
3. Click the sender name/email address at the top.
4. Choose Add to Address Book or Add Contact.
5. Save the contact.
6. Also check the Spam/Junk folder. If a TCSC email is there, open it and click Not Spam.

This helps Comcast/Xfinity recognize TCSC as a trusted sender.

We had two Volunteer Days to get the club spruced up and ready for the season. Most of you will see the hard work of these amazing volunteers next week when we have some sun and fun at TCSC. Congrats to Jack Cassel and Michael Smith- each gets $100 of their dues (if you already paid, the club will reimburse you). Sorry for the poor video quality.

Tenby is thinking of all the families who had a service member pay the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸
