💧 Water Aerobics Registration Form 💧
Start your mornings strong with our energizing Water Aerobics classes!

This instructor-led sessions offer a low-impact, full-body workout designed to improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health—all while having fun in the water. Ideal for all fitness levels!

📅 Class Schedule:
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
Session Dates: July 6 – August 21
Please note: Classes will not be held on July 24th, 27th, 29th, and 31st because the instructor will be on vacation.

📍 Location: Tenby Chase Swim Club

💵 Fees: (Must be paid before attending the class)
Members: $80 for the summer or $10 per drop-in
Non-Members: $150 for the summer

🎉🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Congratulations to all of the runners who crossed the finish line at today’s 5K! Whether you were racing for a personal best, walking with friends, or simply supporting a great cause, your participation helped make this event a huge success.

A special thank you goes out to our incredible volunteers who staffed the welcome table, assisted with registration, worked the turn stations, and helped keep everything running smoothly from start to finish. Events like this would not be possible without your time, energy, and dedication.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the Dash & Splash 5K such a fun and memorable day. We appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you again next year! 🏅☀️💦
