Community Solutions In Action, Inc. CSIA aims to plan, build and develop communities that are successful, sustainable, and affordable; neighborhoods that set families up for future success.

Community Solutions In Action Inc., is a non-profit organization whose purpose is the rehabilitation of marginalized individuals and the transformation of urban areas, to prepare the individual for personal success in life and as a result becoming a successful citizen of the community and world. The organization aims to build new sustainable communities within communities of economic decay and dem

ise, or to develop sustainable projects on re-purposed land to house families who have applied and agreed to come through the program as a condition of housing. All residents must apply and are subject to approval by the CSIA board based on approved terms and conditions presented in the community and resident bylaws. Each Community will function and operate as a separate entity under the direction of CSIA. Each community will be consistent with the definitions of a Sustainable Community as defined by the Institute for Sustainable Communities and meet at least (5) of the 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development. CSIA will act as the corporate head of subsidiary organizations developed to assist residents within CSIA communities, all of which must proactively assist in the progression of CSIA goals for individual residents.
