As we begin planning our newest fire department fundraiser, we wanted to create something that would be meaningful for generations to come. This project is very special to us, and we are excited to share it with our community.

We are creating a cookbook dedicated to the ladies of Shinbone Valley — the past, the present, and the future generations still to come.
Whether your family has called this valley home for generations, you recently moved here, or you have spent your entire life here, we would love for you to be part of this keepsake. We want to hear the stories behind the recipes and celebrate the memories made around kitchen tables through the years.

We invite you to share treasured family recipes, along with photos of the special moments that make them meaningful — a grandmother teaching her grandchildren to bake, a mother cooking beside her children, or memories of the women whose love filled their homes through homemade meals and traditions.
Our hope is to create more than just a cookbook. We want to preserve the heart of Shinbone Valley — the recipes, stories, and memories that families will continue passing down for many years to come.

This is the cover we created to represent Shinbone Valley and the community we love so much. We even included the old school bell standing proudly in front of the fire department as a reminder of the memories and traditions that connect us all.
