June is PTSD Awareness Month.

Post-traumatic stress disorder can affect anyone who experiences or witnesses a traumatic event. Increasing awareness helps reduce stigma, build understanding and connect people with support and treatment.

Recovery is possible, and help is available. If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach trained counselors 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
