Good Evening, today, by direction of law enforcement, we implemented lock down procedures at DECA. All students were safe at all times. We worked closely with all of our schools to ensure that all Denair students were out of any danger. Once our procedures were in place a phone call went home to parents to give any information we had at the time. With additional information a short time later, we were able to lift the lockdown and release students at dismissal with no worry of any danger. We thank everyone, staff, students, & parents for their patience and decorum during today's events. We also need to acknowledge the quick and diligent efforts of the Sheriff's department and the on-line agency that brought these issues to the school's attention. Everything was ultimately resolved and all parties involved have been disciplined justly. School will resume tomorrow as usual.

Our Student Council speeches were nothing short of amazing. All students did a stellar job and we couldn't be more proud!! Here are our current Student Council officers for 2015-16. Congratulations to all candidates!
