🚨🛒 National EMS Week Supply Run 🚑💙

Our officers took “support your local EMS” very seriously this week… and may have slightly overestimated how many snacks, energy drinks, and goodies one EMS crew can survive on. 😅

From late-night calls to lifesaving moments, our EMS team is always there when our community needs them most. So this week, the officers loaded up the carts and stocked our EMS crew up with some well-deserved treats as a small thank you for everything they do!

We’re pretty sure the cashiers were concerned when they saw the amount of caffeine being purchased… but honestly, they should’ve known it was for EMS. ☕🚑😂

Thank you to our incredible EMS professionals for your dedication, compassion, teamwork, and for always answering the call — no matter the hour. We appreciate you more than words can say!

A huge THANK YOU to Auto Sales San Juan for absolutely spoiling our officers with all the pizza and pop they could handle! We’re pretty sure productivity dropped 32% after the third slice… but morale went up 110%. 😂

Nothing says “community support” like feeding a bunch of hungry cops who never turn down free pizza. We truly appreciate the generosity and support you show our department. Our officers are fueled up and ready for duty… after a quick food coma recovery. 🍕🥤💙

Officers responded to reports of a suspicious individual loitering today.

Upon contact, the suspect refused to provide identification, squawked incoherently, and attempted to bribe officers with a feather.

The subject was taken into custody without incident.

This jailbird is wearing foot tag .

If this suspect is part of your flock, please contact us at 712-263-3195 to arrange release. Bail will be accepted in the form of birdseed, millet, and a sincere promise to keep a closer eye on your wingman.

Our department was proud to receive a Certificate of Nomination recognizing our commitment to collaboration, scene safety, patient care, and strong interagency relationships throughout our community.

The support this community shows us means more than words can say. Whether it was a meal, a treat, a wave, or simply saying “thank you,” every gesture reminded our officers why we love serving this community.
