Award-winning pastelist Greg Maichack will present “Vincent van Gogh’s Iris: How to Pastel Paint,” a pastel painting workshop for adults and teens 18+. The workshop serves sheer beginners to advanced artists. Please call the library at 508-760-6219 to register.

Greg includes instruction on expressive pastel strokes, blending, slurring, and layering. Photo references of various irises are supplied for ideas. Everyone in class keeps their 12″ x 18″ pastel painting of their personalized, vivid iris.
