Bumblebees like Turk's Cap flowers. They dive into the blooms most of the time, as in the posted images, or when their tongues cannot easily reach the deep floral nectaries they use their strong mandibles to make holes at the borrow of the flowers to suck the nectar. This is called nectar robbing since bumblebees to not cross-pollinate the flower in this case.
