New pet grooming business opening up in the Borough..

Hi everyone ! For opening week, July 1st and 2nd are completely booked up, but we do have some appointments available on Friday, July 3rd to get your pet looking and smelling their best before company comes over for the holiday ! 🎇🎆

We will be in the shop tomorrow, fully staffed, from 10:30am to 1:00pm as we count down the days to our public opening. Be sure to call and schedule your appointment with us if you haven’t gotten the chance to yet ! ☺️☺️💕

Pictured below is Tofu, wearing a Happy Hoodie (available in all sizes from XS-XL), a perfect tool for pets who don’t like the noise of the blowdryer. Not only does it cover their ears to dampen the noise, it also provides a swaddling sensation that helps calm the nerves a bit. He was sitting so pretty for his blow out to help get all that loose undercoat out ! 🥰

The Borough of Denver has received grant funding from the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) to hire a consultant to work with stakeholders from the Borough to complete the Denver Borough Strategic Revitalization Plan. This Plan will be used to guide upgrades to the Main Street streetscapes, landscapes, signage, lighting, crosswalks, trails, civic spaces, and architectural facades while creating redevelopment strategies to prepare for changes to industrial and institutional sites within the Borough.

The planning process has begun, and the Steering Committee is asking Borough residents, business owners, employers, and visitors to provide input to improve Denver Borough by completing the online survey. The survey takes about eight minutes to complete and can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the form below or going to our website, www.denverboro.net, and clicking on the link in this post under Live Feed. There are also paper copies in the Borough Office, at 501 Main St.

Please take a couple minutes to complete the survey and help guide the future of the Business District in Denver Borough
