Clare Adams - Open Door Ministries I've created this page as a place to invite others to hear about my work at Open Door Ministries as Director of Esther House. Hello, I'm Clare!

This will be a place to provide updates within the program, and to ask for support and prayer. I am the Director of Esther House. Esther House is one of three transitional housing programs under Still Waters Housing for women coming out of crisis situations such as homelessness, addiction, sex trade, and abuse. Still Waters Housing is just one of the programs offered as a part of Open Door Ministr

ies. Our program intent is to help women develop good habits to live self-sufficiently by searching for and maintaining a job, working on mental health, developing healthy relationships, cooking and cleaning habits, etc. We are a Christian non-profit organization, who believe in the power of God's redeeming work in our lives. We do rely on donors heavily, and the staff is required to raise support for a portion of our salaries. Anything you might be willing to give would mean SO MUCH!
