The goal of the Native Pathways to College program is to increase the number of American Indian and Alaska Natives (AIAN) enrolled into college, support successful transfer of two-year tribal college and university (TCU) students to four-year institutions, and increase the admissions testing and college readiness of high school students through academic preparedness strategies. The Native Pathways
program will assist Native students in applying to institutions including those with competitive admissions requirements. The transfer program works with Aaniiih Nakoda College; Stone Child College; Fort Peck Community College; Little Big Horn College; Ilisagvik College; Sisseton Wahpeton College; Cankdeska Cikana Community College; Turtle Mountain Community College; Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College; Leech Lake Tribal College; White Earth Tribal College; and Lac Courte Oreilles Community College. We are working with American Indian/Alaskan Native students at the following high schools: Todd County, SD; St. Francis, SD; White River, SD; Mandaree, ND; White Shield Public, ND; New Town, ND; Parshall, ND; Standing Rock, ND; McLaughlin, SD; Wakpala, SD; Menominee Indian, WI; Shawano, WI; Green Bay Southwest, WI; Seymour, WI; High Schools near Illisagvik College, AK; Ferndale, WA; Lummi Nation High School, WA; Arlee, MT; St.
