Denver Employee Volunteer Opportunities DEVO offers City and County of Denver employees a unique opportunity to work on non-government, community based activities and projects.

DEVO connects City employees with local volunteering opportunities to encourage engagement in the community outside of working hours. Our largest project is Paint-A-Thon; we partner with Brothers Redevelopment Inc. to paint the homes of elderly and disabled Denver residents. We have contributed 10,813 volunteer hours to this project, equivalent to $225,000. Over the past year we have added numerou

s events to promote within our City departments, including: Doors Open Denver, Furry Scurry, Day of Rock, Bike to Work Day, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Denver Days, and the Great American Beer Festival.
