HAF Volunteers is a non-profit volunteer organization working to address critical issues facing underprivileged children and communities in Ghana. We work with volunteers to implement sustainable development programs for community growth in areas related to education, healthcare, nutrition, promote cross-cultural exchange and understanding. HAF Volunteers offers safe, immersive, life changing and

rewarding volunteer abroad opportunities, connecting volunteers to meaningful community development initiatives. Our volunteers will have the opportunity to build and create meaningful relationships that will impact both their lives and others.

The Ultimate African Experience did not disappoint. In just over a week, we explored a lot in Ghana, from traditional African foods to local music, historical sights, natural reserves, and the nightlife. Pictures are only a glimpse compared to being right there to experience everything.

Amazing experience in Ghana with HAF Volunteers. I felt totally safe during the whole time in Ghana. The accommodation was way more luxurious than I expected it to be and I felt treated like a queen at home.

After I expressed my interest in the law program, I got a response back quickly. I got all the information I needed before I even had to ask for it.

Upon arriving in Ghana, my program coordinator, Bernard, and my host, Jacob were already waiting for me at the airport.

In the beginning, work was a bit overwhelming. I was not expecting to work directly with clients, because with just a bachelor's degree in law that would never be possible in the country I come from, Switzerland. But I became used to it in a few days and appreciated the work.

I already recommended the program to some friends back home, who are interested in doing a law internship in a different part of the world.

Hi guys, We’re thrilled to share the exciting news about rebranding. We’re now HAF Volunteers. Same core values, improved program opportunities, and some exciting growth in the right direction. We’re excited to connect and work with new volunteers and interns from around the globe.
