Puntos clave a partir del 1 de octubre:

🌳 Árboles y Jardines: Podrán seguir regándose a mano con manguera (con boquilla de cierre) o riego por goteo.

On August 29, 1970, over 30,000 marchers united in East LA for the Chicano Moratorium to demand an end to the Vietnam War, protesting the disproportionate number of Chicano soldiers dying on the front lines while facing systemic inequality at home. Leaders from across the country joined the call for peace and self-determination, including Denver’s own Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales and the Crusade for Justice. 56 years later, we remember those who marched, honor the lives lost, and carry forward the lesson that our strength lies in unity and knowing our history. ✊🏽✨

At our annual "Knowledge is Power" back-to-school event, we asked kids a big question: What do you want to be when you grow up?

Isaura, a bright young student from Rocky Mountain Prep, stole our hearts and took home 1st place with her drawing and description of wanting to become a niñera so she can look after children. Her reward? A giant piñata to celebrate! 🪅
