Sunshine Home Share Colorado We are a Denver nonprofit supporting older adults safely find a housemate. and companionship for affordable rent.

Home sharing creates a mutually beneficial relationship, exchanging supportive services (lawn mowing, household chores, etc.) We also offer a program called Financial Wellness & Empowerment that supports older adults who are low to moderate income to work on better financial health. This may include goal setting support with budgeting, education on scams fraud, workforce resources, and information and referral.

Hope you will join us in celebration the launch of SUNSHINE ONLINE and our annual fundraiser. This is Sunshine Home Share Colorado’s new platform that allows home providers and home seekers to take ownership of their home sharing journey, with support from social workers just a few clicks away, while still providing the screening, safety and support you expect. This new platform will allow Sunshine to scale and grow making even more unlikely pairs, supporting even greater numbers of housing stability and affordable housing to the Denver metro area.
