Affordable homeownership requires champions at every level. We're grateful for the leaders - from our local communities to Congress - who invest in solutions and take the time to see the work firsthand. Recently, we toured our Griffith Station Homes community in Arvada with staff from the offices of U.S. Rep Brittany Pettersen and Senator Michael Bennet . As more families face barriers to homeownership, their curiosity and partnership are helping us move the work forward.

One unexpected postcard opened a door to homeownership.🏡

At 27, Octavia had been saving for a home but wasn't sure buying one in Metro Denver would ever be within reach. One day, she spotted a postcard sharing an affordable Habitat home, and it was the spark she needed to see homeownership could be possible.
