Last week, we welcomed some of our longtime donors for an afternoon of ice cream treats, tours of our new headquarters, and meaningful conversation. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the dedicated supporters who have stood alongside us through the years and helped make our mission possible.

We are deeply grateful for their continued commitment to Habitat and to building stronger communities alongside us.

Through their volunteer work - and their ongoing support for our mission - they are helping bring affordable homeownership opportunities one step closer for local people. For seventh-generation Denver resident Tish, building an ADU in her backyard was about staying close to her family, caring for her granddaughter, and creating stability for generations to come. Through Denver Housing Authority's Single Family+ ADU Program, Tish was able to stay in the neighborhood she loves and create more space for her growing family.

Shoutout to our partners at Lowe's Home Improvements who are joining us to support local homeowners with critical repairs. Thanks to our partnership, homeowners experience lower energy bills, improved safety, and lasting comfort.

Lowe's is partnering with 20 Habitat affiliates nationwide to complete 200 repair projects, bringing stability to families and communities. Thank you to Lowe's for preserving affordable homes with us!

We are proud to celebrate Cliff's recognition as a Denver7 Everyday Hero and honor the countless ways he has supported our mission. Cliff is our longest-standing Core Volunteer, who volunteered for over 30 years in positions across the organization - from IT and software support to ReStore metals recycling.
