Charlie Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care for survivors and families navigating the impacts of trauma and PTSD. Through their virtual Intensive Outpatient Programming (vIOP), they help bridge the gap between crisis and long-term recovery by making specialized care more accessible.
By offering services through a virtual platform, Charlie Health removes many of the barriers that can make healing difficult, including transportation challenges, childcare needs, and scheduling limitations. Their evidence-based approach combines individualized therapy, curated peer support groups, and optional family programming to ensure clients receive comprehensive, personalized care.
Charlie Health's focus on connection and community helps ensure that no one has to face their healing journey alone. By fostering a sense of belonging and providing specialized clinical support, they empower individuals to build resilience and move toward lasting stability.
