More trouble allowed by Trump creepers.
BREAKING: One of Trump's pardoned J6 rioters just got sentenced to LIFE IN PRISON for some truly monstrous crimes.
After Donald Trump pardoned a violent January 6th rioter, that rioter went straight home and sexually abused two 12-year-old children. Now he's going to prison for life — and every single Republican who cheered those pardons owns a piece of this.
Andrew Paul Johnson, 45, was convicted last month on five felony counts — molestation, lewd and lascivious exhibition, and transmission of material harmful to a minor. On Thursday, a judge threw the book at him: life in prison.
But here's what makes this story even more enraging: Johnson didn't just abuse these children. He bribed them into silence by promising to share the millions in restitution money he expected Trump's administration to hand him. He told two terrified 12-year-olds that the President of the United States essentially owed him a payday — and used that lie as a weapon against his victims.
"He said not to tell anybody," one child testified. "We were scared," said the other. "We didn't realize that this stuff was not okay because we were 12 years old."
Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) didn't mince words: Trump's pardons "definitely have made Americans less safe."
He's right. Trump didn't just pardon a rioter. He handed a predator a get-out-of-jail-free card, a sense of invincibility, and — in Johnson's twisted mind — a promise of future reward. Johnson apparently believed he was beyond the law.
"They think they're untouchable," Raskin said.
That's the MAGA doctrine in four words. Trump told these pardoned insurrectionists they were patriots, heroes, hostages. He told them the system was corrupt and that he — their protector — would make it right. Johnson took that message and ran with it, straight into the lives of two innocent children.
Justice was served on Thursday. But the man who set Johnson free, who made him feel invincible, who gave him the arrogance to believe he'd never face consequences again?
He's still in the White House.
Please like and share this everywhere. Americans deserve to know what Trump's pardons actually unleashed.
