Have you ever wondered about our large art pieces? These were created in 1993 by Colorado artist Stan Meyer and is titled 'TWINS'. Meyer says "I can trace the inspiration for the designs I use in these pieces to the interiors of churches I attended as a child. I always was fascinated by the embroidery on the vestments, the curving and interlocking wood designs on the ceilings, and the stained glass windows. I have taken many of these remembered forms and have translated them into my art. I want to create a visual language from the geometry within my work - a language that speaks of spirituality and mysticism and the poetic"
