We sat down with Amanda, the Curator for the new Inspired to Serve exhibit. The exhibit opens this Friday, 2/20, so stop by during the Capitol's business hours to check it out!

Inspired to Serve is a temporary exhibit in honor of the 250/150 celebrations. The presidential portraits are being temporarily kept in historical storage.

Join us at the Colorado State Capitols first ever Spooky Tour, where we'll be discussing some of Colorado's darkest and most haunting history, in honor of our late volunteer, George Cole.
Happening at 11:30am and 2:30pm on 10/16, 10/17, 10/30, and 10/31.
Each tour is free, first come first serve, and includes a trip up to the dome.
Recommended for ages 13+

Our final feature of the Capitol grounds is the Closing Era Statue on the East side of the Capitol! The statue does not depict any particular Indigenous group and was made for the Chicago World Fair, then donated to the Colorado State Capitol.
