lately i’ve focus on self… in that i been revisiting things that once made me happy and made me feel holistically fulfilled.

in all the talks about nyc, it made think about how much fun i had educating people on wellness, fasting, and juice cleanses. life has been full circle and bringing me back to this part of me.

this throw back video made me smile at myself! the moments of working with celebrity clients truly prepared me for so much in life. i didn’t realize how dope it was and that it was a prayer that i prayed for the time.
