Hey there. We're gearing up for the pool season to start next week. Food is ordered, the pool is filled, we just need mother nature to cooperate and you. If you are interested in renewing your pool banner for the year, please reach out to me. We will start placing those this weekend. If you're interested in advertising your business at the pool, banner spaces are available.

We want to extend our thanks to Big Hammer Contracting LLC for repairing the concrete expansion joints of the pool so we could open this season.

With this project completed, the pool will more reliably hold water, as well as the protect the subsurface of the pool concrete from water damage, protecting and preserving the pool for many years to come.

Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is over: pool season has officially returned to Derry.

As long as the weather cooperates, the Derry Community Pool will open June 2, and we are ready for sunshine, splashing, and hearing “can we stay a little longer?” at least 47 times a day.

Bring the kids, bring the sunscreen, and bring your best excuse for spending the afternoon by the water.

Admission is $7 for a day pass, $5 after 4 PM, and kids 5 and under are free.

We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 1 to 6 PM at 425 East Third Street, Derry, PA.

We’re teaming up with clubs across the region to give back—and you can help right here locally. Choose from two opportunities:
• Ligonier (10am–1pm): Support local veterans with outdoor projects
• Derry Community Pool (11am–1pm): Mulching, planting & cleanup

Friends - we have an amazing announcement.

Friends of Latrobe, Ligonier, Derry have stepped up in a big way and have agreed to MATCH up to $6,000 of fundraising for the Derry Community Pool this year. This means that you can DOUBLE your impact by attending our spring bingo May 31 at Cooperstown Event Center. Tickets available at the link on the flyer.

We are beyond proud of our community and the great folks at FOLLD. These matched funds will go towards various sustaining pool projects including:
