The Upper Room's Community Service Group visited Follow Your Dreams Farm LLC this past week. Students built an enclosure that will be used for their new ducks. They also got to hold new baby goats while they had their nails trimmed. These teen volunteer loved being there and helping out.

This past Sunday, Salem Family Resources hosted its inaugural Miles4Mom and Fun4Family 5K race at Field of Dreams NH. The event’s mission was "to strengthen families, one mom at a time," which resonated deeply with The Upper Room and its commitment to supporting families in the community.

Staff and family members proudly participated as team “The Running Roomies,” joining more than 200 runners, walkers, sponsors, and vendors for a day filled with energy, connection, and community spirit.
