The Derry Commerce Park is one step closer to completion with the sale of 12 A Street to Engineered Pressure Systems Inc (EPSI). The 25,000 sf building project got the green light from the Planning Board on May 20th. EPSI is relocating from Haverhill, MA, bringing with them 25 engineering and tech jobs, with plans to hire additional positions. Site work is planned for the summer, with building construction immediately following.

We have been designing and manufacturing equipment for our customers around the world for more than 50 years. Our customer markets include - aerospace, medical, oil & gas, powdered metals, and much more. EPSI is looking forward to joining the Derry community.”
