Stand Down is one short week away! We are in need of hair cutters, so if you know anyone willing to donate time, please have them send me a message! Also, please notate transportation changes this year. There are limits in each direction on how far the vans will pick up and drop off. If you are outside these limits, you will need to take a bus to the downtown Dart station and call for transport. Details are on the flyer.

2025 PCSO Citizens Academy

The Polk County Sheriff's Office Citizens Academy is returning next month!

The 2025 Session will be every Tuesday, beginning March 25th - June 10th. (With some optional Saturday sessions)

Registration is NOW OPEN! Applications will be accepted until March 3rd.

SPACE IS LIMITED: Applications will be reviewed as they are received on a “first-come” basis. A background check is required to determine eligibility for participation.
