You will be a highly skilled member of a ready reserve that may be called upon by the State in times of emergency or in defense of the country in times of national threat. If called upon you will serve in the job skill you select and qualified for.

Your training in the job skill of your choice takes around 4-6 months. During that time you will receive full time pay. After completing training you will receive full benefits including college tuition assistance, healthcare, sign on bonuses and more.

After your initial training you will only be required to sustain your training and readiness at least one weekend a month and two week annual training.

This job requires a test of cognitive ability, medical examination, drug testing and a background check.
