Terrace Hill

Terrace Hill Terrace Hill is the official residence of the governor of Iowa and a National Historic Landmark. Guided tours are offered Tuesdays-Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.

and 12:00 p.m. ALL visitors are required to make a reservation for a Terrace Hill tour, and reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations can be made by calling 515-281-7205. Admission
$5 for Adults
$2 for Children (Ages 6-12)
FREE for Children ages 5 and under
