In a new blog post, our own Mike Gathman shares why convention remains an important investment for community bankers across Iowa.

Beyond the sessions and speakers, convention is an opportunity to connect with peers, exchange ideas, enjoy the outdoors and strengthen the relationships that help community banks continue charging into the future.

This year’s convention will also celebrate SHAZAM's 50th anniversary and recognize CBI’s 55th year serving independent community banks across Iowa.
