Des Moines Police Officers responded in the Woodmont area for a missing man. With the help of local resources and persistent Officers, we were able to locate the man.😀

Shooting in the area of Newport Apartments on 20th Ave S bear KDM. Police on scene and will be conducting a K-9 track. Stay inside if you live in the area.

Armed robbery of citizen walking on 16th Ave S in front of Woodmont Elementary. Suspects last seen fleeing west on S 268th Street. K-9 track was completed but no suspects were located.

14th Ave S closed from S 232nd Street to S 236th Street for a House fire in the area. This portion will be closed for an unknown period of time as fire personnel remain on scene to ensure the fire is extinguished.
