Hello Brubaker Families,

This fall DMPS is asking families to provide us with feedback on your experiences, environment, barriers and safety for your children at their schools. The results of this survey provide DMPS with critical information to better serve our families. The information from this survey is completely anonymous to DMPS. You will not be asked to provide personally identifiable information.

We're looking for volunteers to help us make a difference at Brubaker Elementary School! Whether you're passionate about student learning, helping with basic needs or general school help, we have something for you! Upcoming opportunities:
Fall Field Day (September 25th) - help by leading/teaching a field day game rotation. Pass out popsicles to classes at the end.
Kindergarten & First Grade Family night (October 29th). We are looking for volunteers that work in a trade that would want to do "tool demonstrations" from 4-5:30 pm. Examples - Demonstrate what a hammer is and how do you use it safely. Screwdriver, sander, level, etc.
If you're interested in volunteering at Brubaker Elementary, please contact Jessica Kincaid. You will need to fill out a volunteer application on the DMPS website or via the QR code. We are officially back in the swing of things and ready for a great school year at Brubaker! We loved seeing all of the familiar and new faces in the hallways yesterday. We are looking forward to all of the memories and learning to be had. Shout out to our incredible staff for all of their hard work preparing for the new school year. 😀✏️🏫🎒❤

Special THANKS to our custodial team for working hard all summer to get our campus ready for the school year! They cleaned both schools, moved several rooms and prepped both Brubaker and Hoyt for the new school year.
