"I am so excited that the Iowa League of Cities chose Bettendorf for its 2026 Annual Meeting and Conference because we have so much to be proud of and show off to other communities, but I’m even more excited about having people come here for the first time and understand what a great place we have! We’re honored that the ILC would consider coming here and we hope it will be a great experience for everybody and I'll do the best I can to make that happen – YEAH BABY!" -Decker Ploehn-
