DeSoto Food Pantry, Contact Providing food for Desoto, MO families, shut-ins and individuals who are struggling with daily grocery needs.

Monthly distribution is on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Our monthly food distribution is on the second Saturday of the month. Dozens of volunteers gather and organize food items from families, churches, businesses and individuals for distribution to local families, shut-ins and individuals who are struggling with basic household food needs. Donated food items are always needed as well as volunteers, financial support and your prayers.

We are grateful that the Whirlpool Corporation donated two slightly damaged refrigerators to the DeSoto Food Pantry, Contact. These will help increase our capacity to handle perishable produce and dairy for local families in need.

The next monthly food distribution for residents of the DeSoto and Sunrise School Districts and Richwoods, MO is on Saturday, August 8 from 9 am to Noon.
We have grapes, plums, other fresh produce, snacks, fresh milk, butter, frozen meats & more, a nice variety of locally donated canned goods and loaded back-to-school backpacks for our client's kids.

Thanks so much to all who donated, shopped and assembled the backpacks. A wonderful community effort.

Thank you to our congregation and St. Andrew's United Methodist Church for donating money to buy school supplies to donate to the children in our area. We were able to pack 52 bags!!! Thank you to the DeSoto Food Pantry, Contact for distributing them for us.

If you have not signed up in March, April or May, please bring your documentation to signup in order to get food this month. Message us for what is needed.
