We are a Non-Profit Organization serving people with intellectual, mental health, and physical disabilities in Becker County for over 40 years. Our Day Services program provides individuals with the opportunity to learn through skilled based activities. This includes a variety of different activities that can cover the following skills, but is not limited to: community skills, social skills, behav

ior modification, basic hygiene, money skills, time management, on task behavior and communication skills. Other opportunities include community volunteering, socialization, arts and crafts,community integration, and daily sensory skills. They are also able to do non-paid training opportunities to work toward building skills for competitive employment if they are interested in getting a job in the community. The DAC is proud to offer Employment Exploration, Employment Development and Employment Support to clients that would like to be competitively employed in the community. Our Residential Programs provides individuals the opportunity to build and maintain skills to live independently in the community. Some of the services provided are transportation to community resources and appointments, support to maintain a household , medical appointment support, and positive encouragement with self care for mental health. We are always looking for community members and businesses to partner with to provide people the opportunity to work in and contribute to the community. Our Story

Our DT&H program provides individuals with the opportunity to work in the community and/or center based work at our facility. Other opportunities include community volunteering, socialization, arts and crafts,community integration, and building daily living skills. Our Residential Programs provides individuals the opportunity to build and maintain skills to live independently in the community. Some of the services provided are transportation, support to maintain living areas, medical support, and counseling. We are always looking for community members and business to partner with to provide people the opportunity to work in and contribute to the community.
