⏰ Today is the last day to pay your City of Detroit property taxes! Don't panic if you waited until the last minute—we have you covered.

The number one question we get right now is: "Where can I pay my taxes in cash?"

The answer is simple! Head over to PayDetroit365.com to explore all of your payment options. You can pay with cash using a neighborhood DivDat kiosk, visit a local participating retailer, or skip the trip entirely by using Apple Pay or Google Pay right from your phone.

We’re back... answering one more question ahead of the summer property tax deadline Monday, August 31st. 🗓️

Does the City of Detroit have any programs to help those struggling to pay their property taxes?

YESSS, there is HOPE and help available! 🙌

It’s not too late to see if you qualify for the HOPE (Homeowners Property Exemption) program, which can reduce or completely eliminate your current year’s property taxes. Plus, if you're approved for HOPE, you may also qualify for the Pay As You Stay (PAYS) program to address delinquent back property taxes through the Detroit Tax Relief Fund!
