My name is Keith Butler, Keith Butler I am honored to be REAPPOINTED as District 5 manager. It’s my pleasure to continue serving District 5, and I’m excited to return with a renewed commitment to strategic neighborhood service, resident support, and community partnership. We are ready to work — and ready to RISE HIGHER with you.

A lifelong Detroiter committed to service, leadership, and community engagement.
A proud graduate of Mumford High School, Bonnie holds both an MBA and a Ph.D. in Leadership and brings more than two decades of experience in operations, training, and strategic leadership.
Dr. B currently serves as President of the Field House Block Club, former Deputy Training Director for the Michigan Democratic Party, and sits on executive boards of several Detroit-based community and civic organizations. Her work is grounded in strengthening neighborhoods, amplifying resident voices, and advancing equitable, people-centered solutions across District 5 and the City of Detroit.
