Having served in the most dangerous places on earth while being asked to preform difficult tasks under the harshest conditions, their experience is invaluable to help the communities rebuild after years of neglect or disaster. By giving them the tools, training and experience in rebuilding techniques they can be the catalyst for sustainable redevelopment.
