Addendum No. 2 has been issued for the:

Request for Information (RFI) – Community Development Organization Renovation Partnership Pilot

The Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) is requesting responses from Community Development Organizations (CDOs) and other mission-aligned entities to provide information and insight regarding collaborative partnership models for the disposition and rehabilitation of residential properties in the City of Detroit.

Please note:

🗓️ The deadline for RFI responses has been extended to:
4:00 PM (local time) on June 1, 2026

⚠️ Important Submission Information:
• All responses must be submitted via Smartsheet using the link provided in the RFI document
• DO NOT upload responses to BidNet
• Responses submitted through BidNet, email, or any method other than Smartsheet will not be accepted

Key Dates:
• Deadline for Questions: May 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM (local time) via the BidNet Q&A portal
