Short notice but join us at Source One Books at 4240 Cass Ave. in midtown today at 5 pm if you can. We will be using grant funds to purchase diverse and inclusive children’s books for Brilliant Detroit to distribute throughout their network of community homes. It’s shopping for a great cause! Today's speaker was Okafor Ebenezar Jasper, a Mandela Fellow attending a 6-week program at Wayne State. He shared his personal and professional experiences from Nigeria and we enjoyed learning about him, his life, and his Detroit experiences!
