For the past decade, the Office of Talent Development and Performance Management (TDPM) has been all about helping the City of Detroit’s employees grow, lead, and shine. From fresh ways to learn to bold ideas that push us forward, our team of has been raising the bar every step of the way.

Led by our visionary, Chief Learning Officer, Dr. Iris Ware, our multifaceted team brings passion, expertise, and dedication to every program we design. Together, we’ve created new pathways for learning, leadership, and growth that uplift city employees and the residents they serve.
