1st Battalion, 25th Marines Inspector Instructor command team and reserve leadership visited Recruiting Station Springfield to discuss total force support to recruiting and retention and mutually supporting relationships.

RS Springfield covers most of Massachusetts and all of Connecticut and Rhode Island. They directly support 1/25 through their recruiting efforts while we enhance them through participation in IRR musters, poolee functions, and the extended active duty, reserve recruiter aide, and prior service enlistment programs.

RS Albany directly supports Company C in Buffalo, NY through their recruiting efforts while we enhance them through participation in IRR musters, poolee functions, and the extended active duty, reserve recruiter aide, and prior service enlistment programs.

"Marines to be awarded, front and center!"

The Inspector-Instructor staff of Headquarters Company held a small award ceremony where 1stSgt Jamie Lampley and SSgt Crystal Weaver were each presented with an award prior to their detachment from the unit. We wish them the best in their future endeavors!
