North Dakota Health and Human Services (HHS) is now accepting applications for the Clinics Without Walls: Telehealth Infrastructure funding opportunity through the North Dakota Rural Health Transformation Program.

Approximately $3.6 million in federal funding is available to help rural healthcare organizations expand telehealth access through technology, equipment and community-based access points, making it easier for North Dakotans to connect with primary care, behavioral health and specialty services closer to home.

The Talent Pipeline Fly-In Grant Program empowers local organizations to directly connect with top out-of-state talent, showcase their community’s unique culture, and help employers fill critical workforce shortages.

Eligibility Information:
- North Dakota-based Economic Development Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, Job Development Authorities, Regional Councils, Tribal Entities, and incorporated cities or counties.
- Awardees must host a minimum of 5 potential out-of-state movers and include direct employer engagement.
- Applicants can receive up to $25,000 in grant funds per event and must provide a minimum 1:1 financial or in-kind match.

North Dakota Health and Human Services is now accepting applications for the Hospital Wellness Equipment funding opportunity through the Rural Health Transformation Program.

Approximately $500,000 is available to help eligible rural hospitals invest in wellness equipment that supports the physical, mental and emotional well-being of healthcare workers. Funding may be used for fitness equipment, recovery tools, mindfulness resources, sensory supports and more.

Healthy healthcare workers help build stronger teams, improve retention and support better patient care in rural communities.

Access to prescription medications shouldn't be limited by pharmacy hours.

North Dakota Health and Human Services is now accepting applications for the Self-Serve Dispensing Kiosks in Pharmacies funding opportunity through the Rural Health Transformation Program.

Approximately $600,000 in federal funding is available to help eligible rural pharmacies install automated prescription pickup kiosks, expanding access to medications beyond traditional pharmacy hours and reducing barriers for rural residents.
