Step back in time to the elegance of the early 1800s as we present a Bridgerton-inspired Regency Tea Time ☕💐

Participants will:
🍰 Learn to bake Scones & Petite Sponge Cakes
🎀 Enjoy a charming evening baking, tasting fresh made delicacies, sipping tea and conversation
👒 Dress in your finest Regency attire (optional, but encouraged!)

✨ This special event is for ages 18+
✨ All supplies are FREE and provided by the library

🌷✨ March Memories @ Driscoll Public Library! ✨🌷

March was bursting with fun, creativity, and a whole lot of library magic! 💚 Take a peek at some of the highlights that made this month one to remember:

📚 Saturday Fun is Here to Stay!
We loved opening our doors on Saturdays (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and seeing so many happy faces stop by to read and explore!

🧵 Brand NEW Clubs Hit the Scene!
Our Embroidery Club had everyone stitching up something special, while our Collage (Junk Journaling) Club turned memories into mini masterpieces—glue, paper, and creativity everywhere!

🔥 Crafting After Hours = 🔥
Things got creatively heated as participants burned beautiful, fanciful designs into wooden coaster/ornaments—each one totally unique!

🌸 Preschool Story Time in Bloom!
Springtime stories, giggles, and crafts made story time extra bright and cheerful for our littlest library friends!

🎨 Clubs, Clubs & More Clubs!
From building at Lego Club to planning, stitching, and creating in Planner Organization Club, Sit & Stitch Club, and Art Club—there was something fun happening all month long!

🧸 Animal Wellness Clinic = PAW-some Success!
Our stuffed patients were the cutest around—and every single one left with a perfect bill of health and a big dose of TLC! 🩺💖

The Driscoll Public Library is now collecting clean, new or gently used books for the upcoming Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale!

Your donations help support library programs, materials, and events through the Friends of the Driscoll Public Library.

🗓 Donation Dates:
April 1 – May 29
📍 Drop-Off Location:
202 E. Hondo Ave., Devine
🕒 Drop-Off Times:
• Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
• 2nd, 3rd & 4th Saturdays: 10 AM – 2 PM

🚫 Items We Cannot Accept:
• Textbooks
• Encyclopedias
• Damaged books
• Moldy or foul-smelling materials

🛍 Come shop the sale!
