💙 Thank You for an Amazing Season! 💙

As we wrap up another summer at the DeWitt Aquatic Center, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who made this season so special!

Thank you to all of our patrons, families, swim lesson participants, lap swimmers, water walkers, and everyone who spent their summer with us. We appreciate your support, your smiles, and all the memories made at the pool this year.

A special thank you goes out to our incredible staff for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to making the pool a safe and welcoming place for our community. We couldn’t do it without them!

Thank you for another great summer at the DeWitt Aquatic Center. We hope to see everyone back next season! 🌊☀️

Bring your furry friends out for a fun evening of swimming from 6–7 PM! We will only be accepting cash for this event.

All proceeds benefit the DeWitt Dog Park at Westbrook, so come out, have some fun, and support a great cause! Friends of the DeWitt, Iowa Dog Park

🐾 Dogapalooza is back! 🐾

Join us on Sunday, August 16th from 6:00–7:00 PM for a fun evening at the pool with your four-legged friends! 🐶🌊

A few reminders:
🐾 1 dog per owner
🐾 Owner must be 16 years or older
🐾 Proof of rabies vaccination is required for entry

Reminder: We will be open today from 1–4 PM for our final day of the season!

We need at least 20 patrons to stay open past our 2:20 PM safety check, so come on out and help us keep the pool open! 💦

🌟 Staff of the Week Throwback! 🌟

Throwing it back to July 24th when we celebrated Emrie as our Staff of the Week! 🛟

Emrie is spending her first year with us as both a lifeguard and swim lesson instructor. We’re so glad to have her on the DAC team and appreciate all the hard work she puts in both on the pool deck and in the swim lesson area!

Way to go, Emrie! 💙

Due to the weather, we will not be opening for Open Swim from 1–5 PM today (8/13).

We are going to keep an eye on the weather and try to open for Lap Swim and our LAST Night Swim of the season tonight! 🤞

Audrey is spending her first summer at the DAC working at our front desk. She’s one of the friendly faces you see when you walk through our doors and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes!

🌧️ Opening Delayed Today 🌧️

Due to the continued chances of rain and storms over the next couple of hours, the DeWitt Aquatic Center will be delaying opening until 3:00 PM today (8/12).

Please remember, there will be no Night Swim tonight.

🌊 Tomorrow, Thursday, August 13, will be our last 6–8 PM Floatie Night of the season! Come out and enjoy one last evening in the pool! 🛟☀️
