Lighthouse Library is in part a tribute to the life of a local teen who was killed in an auto accident just before her wedding. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Irqgxp62_wY ECCRC has provided basic computer workshops, computer classes for college credit, creative writing workshops, Youth Computer Robotics workshops, and quilting workshops. The Eastern Cowley County Advocate started as a community newspaper and was later converted to a regional magazine - publised by ECCRC.
