Employment Coach Job Opening

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

• Supervise and assist individuals while they operate lawn mowers, w**d eaters, and other outdoor equipment
• Ensure safety procedures are always followed
• Provide hands-on instructions and encouragement to promote independence and skill building
• Transport individuals to and from job sites, as needed
• Document daily activities

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and operating lawn equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
Starting Pay: $18.50/hr
