We were recently given hundreds of brand new picture books, so come grab some!

AND if you’re looking for a new pet, message us if you’d like to adopt this stray cutie I found today. I believe she’s female and old enough to be adopted out.

SpoOoOoky Halloween! We restocked the pantry and got real festive over here.

Side note: We’ve spoken to a few places around town but still don’t have a home for the library that was formerly on Albert Street. Any suggestions on where it should go?

The house of Albert Street finally sold and the new homeowner doesn’t want the library. We’ve taken it down and will give it a fresh coat of paint before finding somewhere else in town to place it.
The library/pantry on Market Street is still up and running if you’re on the lookout for new books.

We’ve noticed that any time anyone puts food items in our Market Street library, they are always gone in less than 24 hours, so we’re happy to tell you that from now on the bottom left corner of this box will always be a little free pantry!

Thank you to the lovely person who filled the LFL with FREE FOOD!!! (We added a few things because a box of oats got a little wet in the storm last night). Please come take what you need or give if you can! (And remember to wash your hands) 💜

Hello friends! I hope you’re doing well despite the chaos. The Market Street library could really use some books. I haven’t been stocking it lately because I work in healthcare and couldn’t socially distance myself. If you’ve been in quarantine and have books to share, consider dropping some off! And if you visit the library, be sure to take proper precautions so we spread books not germs! Stay safe out there!

The Market Street library has been restocked again. The last batch of books went quick! Today we put a set of Children’s Bible stories (you’re welcome to grab the whole set if you like) and a little book to get you in the mood for ugly sweater season, plus lots more for all ages! We tried to decorate for the holidays but the window clings we bought wouldn’t stick—oh well! Come see us!

The Market Street library has been completely restocked. All of our winter and holiday books are out! Thank you to everyone who has donated lately, especially my friend Brandy who brought me a boatload of children’s and puzzle books!

Did some book-bombing in McMinnville, TN where my parents live. Their county has at least 18 libraries. We definitely need more here in Stoddard Co!
