🚧 57/60 Confluence Project Traffic Alert Construction Closure Notice for September 21-26.

Contractors are scheduled to work on SR-57 and SR-60 as part of the State Route 57/60 Confluence Chokepoint Relief Project. This includes closures of the northbound SR-57 connector to eastbound SR-60, eastbound SR-60 Diamond Bar Blvd off-ramp and lane closures on eastbound and wetsbound SR-60 between Lemon Ave and Diamond Bar Blvd.

Kids ages 6-12 can enjoy an evening of themed activities, games, a movie, pizza, and fun while parents enjoy a few hours to themselves.

Have questions about Measure Q? Get the facts and ask them in person.
Diamond Bar residents are invited to attend one of six upcoming informational presentations about Measure Q, the 1% local sales tax measure that voters will decide on in the Nov. 3 general election.

Each presentation will cover the City’s financial challenges, provide information about Measure Q, and include an opportunity for questions and answers.

All six presentations take place at City Hall, 21810 Copley Drive:
• Saturday, Sept. 19 | 9-11 a.m.
• Monday, Sept. 21 | 6:30-8:30 p.m.
• Monday, Sept. 28 | 6:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 3 | 9-11 a.m.
• Monday, Oct. 12 | 6:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Oct. 17 | 9-11 a.m.

Each session covers the same information, so residents can choose the date that works best for their schedule.

Walk-ins are welcome, but advance registration is encouraged to help staff prepare adequate seating and materials. Registrants will also receive a reminder before their presentation date.

The City is seeking Diamond Bar residents who have served in the military to participate in short, on-camera interviews about their memories and experiences during military service.

The interviews will be compiled into a special tribute to be shown at the City’s annual Veterans Recognition Ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 10, and will become part of the City’s Voices of Our Veterans video series.

🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: THIS WEEKEND 🚧

Overnight closures of westbound SR-60 between Lemon Ave and Diamond Bar Blvd are scheduled for

Saturday, Sept. 12 from 12–6 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 13 from 12–8 a.m.

Several ramps and connectors will also be closed. Please plan ahead, expect delays, and allow extra travel time.

These weekend closures will continue every Saturday and Sunday through Sept. 27.

Attention Diamond Bar residents in need of essential home repairs. The City offers a no-interest deferred loan to assist homeowners through the Home Improvement Loan Program.

Eligible projects include:
- Electrical and plumbing repairs
- Exterior updates (painting, siding)
- Security enhancements (deadbolt locks, smoke detectors)
- Energy efficiency improvements
- Accessibility modifications

Loan amounts range from $5,000 to $30,000 for single-family homes and $5,000 to $20,000 for condominiums.

There’s no interest and no monthly payments—repayment is only required if you move, sell, refinance your home, or acquire additional real estate.
